Some things are just meant to be and Claire Bain made my entire moving to 30A experience feel this way. I met her in December when I was considering renting short-term. We discussed my various options and eventually decided that if the right place came along, it would make more sense to purchase than rent. Within a few days, she sent me a variety of options to look at so I could get a feel for the 30A market. It took only one visit to Florida and we found my dream home. She was always available to talk – it didn’t matter what time or what day. We even prepared my contract on Christmas Day. Throughout out the entire closing process, Claire walked me through every step of the way, making the entire process seamless. She is still there for me and has made my transition to this area so easy. I don’t know what I would have done without Claire!

I had never met Claire when I found her online in my search for a vacation home, and what a wonderful blessing that was!
