Meet Claire Bain, one of 30A’s most dedicated, knowledgeable, and full-service realtors.  Vacationing with her family along 30A and the Emerald Coast much of her life, she recalls Seaside in its early days, of the empty stretch of dunes where Rosemary Beach now sits, and the Red Bar first opening its doors in Grayton Beach.   She moved to Santa Rosa Beach 14 years ago, and would never be anywhere else. Any free time is spent on Grayton Beach with her husband and dog, exploring the trails in the state forest, or on the boat headed to Crab Island. “Every day I get to cross Western Lake, I always look out to the dunes and pine trees and I am always thankful for being here”.  


Claire began her real estate career with The Premier Property Group, as the assistant to one of 30A’s top-selling and top listing agents.   She took every opportunity to be mentored and coached, learning from one of the best in 30A real estate. As an assistant, she was tasked with managing over $20 million in yearly real estate sales from contract to close, while additionally marketing and managing a minimum of 25 real estate listings on a consistent basis, always staying dedicated to fully servicing each Buyer and Seller.  The transition to agent has been easy and successful, with the support of such a great brokerage. The Premier Property Group is where she feels she belongs, and she could not ask for better friends and colleagues.

With a degree in Marketing, a career history in sales and marketing, experience as a small business owner, and currently a landlord herself, Claire uses her skills to bring great solutions and service to meet her customer’s needs.   Creating strategic marketing campaigns for Sellers, connecting Buyers with lenders, rental management companies, and the best in service providers, is just part of the full-service package she offers her customers. Having built strong relationships throughout the industry, there isn’t anything she can’t accomplish for you.  Most importantly, offering outstanding customer service and obtaining the best value for both Buyers and Sellers she represents.
